Credit Application Form (for Net 30 Customers)

Your Wholesale Account allows you to view the CYANOTYPE Store Wholesale Catalog products with discount pricing and allows you the purchase wholesale from the CYANOTYPE Store's online store.

Online wholesale purchasing options include using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) or purchase wholesale with a Net 30 Account. To create a Net 30 Account, click on the Credit Application Form, complete the credit application form and email it to [email protected] or fax to 1-206-463-2530.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Minimum quantity: 12 each per item

Order processing: Most orders ship in 24-48 hours depending on order size.

Payment Method: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress or Net 30 with completed credit application form sent to [email protected]

Shipping Options: UPS or USPS

Create Your Online Wholesale Account

1.Register your account by clicking on the Register button at the top of this page.

2.We will receive an email with your registration information

3. Email your current Resale Permit to [email protected]

4.If all of the required fields are not filled out, your account can not be approved

5.Your Wholesale Account will be confirmed by an administrator in 24 hours.

6.At this point, you can login with the user and password created at registration and have online access to your wholesale account at CYANOTYPE Store.

7.Your online account is for viewing wholesale products, pricing and purchasing.

Purchasing note for Net 30 customers: At checkout choose purchasing option as P.O (Purchase Order) and fill in the P.O. number for your order
