About Our Returns Policies

Return Items You Ordered: You can return any item sold by the Cyanotype Store. To return an item you ordered, please call 800.894.9410 to make arrangements for a “Return Materials Authorization” (RMA). Note: After the Cyanotype Store reviews the request, we will provide a label or instructions on how to return your items. Make sure to put the return authorization inside of your package and attach the label to the outside. Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.

About Our Returns Policies: The Cyanotype Store offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Requirements for a Full Refund: • Items must be in new condition • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Seller Returns Policies: Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover your request. Cyanotype’s Store Basics Warranty Coverage: If you have trouble with your Cyanotype product after the return timeline has passed, please Contact us. We'll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the Cyanotype Store’s Basics warranty.
